Licence agreement (summary)
- Each site licence covers one production EspoCRM installation and one test installation, with unlimited users.
- You may not copy, resell or redistribute WorkFolder, except partners reselling under the partner agreement.
- Copyright notices and site tokens in the software must not be removed or altered.
- Developer Edition is licensed per developer, per year. Screens you design for clients are yours; the WorkFolder runtime stays licensed per site.
- Updates and support run for 12 months from purchase for FaceLift and Plus, and while subscribed for Developer Edition.
- While updates run you may download every release. Afterwards you may keep using, and download again, any version released up to the day your updates ended; later versions need a renewal.
Privacy
- Your CRM data stays on your server. WorkFolder never sends it to us.
- The licence check sends the licence id, a site code and the WorkFolder version.
- We keep your name, email, organisation and site address to manage your licence and send updates.
- Payments are handled by our payment provider; we never see card details.
